To do so, we encourage you to use this recipe, ensuring your water contains all of the necessary minerals that will help you stay hydrated.


  • 16 ounces warm water 
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • Pinch of high-quality sea salt (search for: Redmond sea salt or Celtic sea salt)
