Protein Packed Extra Strawberry Smoothie

What’s even better than a strawberry smoothie? An extra strawberry smoothie! This smoothie combines three sources of strawberry: yogurt, jam, and the fruit itself. Made with our Vanilla Protein Powder, this smoothie provides 15 grams of protein, per serving. Try it for your next mid-day snack or post-gym drink!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or milk Alternative
  • 1 scoop of Flavor & Fettle Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup (130g) ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jam

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Top with whipped cream if you want an extra special treat!
