Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means we will accept return requests for unopened and unused items within thirty (30) days of their delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase via your order number and the associated email. However, items designated as a “Final Sale” will not be eligible for return.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@flavorandfettle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how to complete your return.
If the reason for return is an error on our part (e.g. the wrong item was sent), we will cover the cost of the return shipping label. For all other reasons, the return label will be at your own cost.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if something is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it will take some time, usually between 2-10 days, for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
