Strawberry Delight Smoothie Recipe

Strawberry Delight Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 frozen banana (if not using frozen, add a handful of ice cubes plus ½ banana)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter 
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 handful of greens of choice (think dark, leafy greens like kale or spinach) 
  • 1 cup coconut milk or liquid of choice


  1. Pour coconut milk or liquid of choice into the blender.
  2. Add your frozen banana (or ice cubes plus banana) to the blender. 
  3. Add strawberries with the stems removed. 
  4. Add 1 handful of your favorite greens.
  5. Top it all off with your choice of nut butter and vanilla protein powder.
  6. Blend for at least three minutes (or until your mixture is smooth), and enjoy!
