Georgia Peach Smoothie Recipe

You’ll want to stock up during peach season for this one! Our peach smoothie makes a mouthwatering summer treat that beats the heat. This recipe includes seasonal fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices to create a delicious beverage that’s power-packed with antioxidants, inflammatory support, and more! 

Georgia Peach Smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen peach (if not using frozen, add a handful of ice cubes plus ½ peach)
  • ½ frozen banana (if not using frozen, add a handful of ice cubes plus ½ banana)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon or more to taste
  • 1 small piece of shaved ginger to taste
  • 1 handful of spinach or leafy greens of choice
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or liquid of choice
  • 1 dash of vanilla to taste
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 


  1. Start by adding your liquid of choice. (whole milk, dairy free milk, water, etc.)
  2. Add your frozen peach (or ice cubes plus peach) to the blender. 
  3. Add your frozen banana (or ice cubes plus banana) to the blender.  
  4. Add in your ginger and greens of choice.
  5. Add a splash of vanilla extract.
  6. Add your favorite vanilla protein powder.
  7. Top with flax seeds and desired amount of cinnamon. 
  8. Blend for at least three minutes (or until your mixture is smooth), and enjoy!
